For the purposes of this Privacy Policy of the GH Development 8 Sp. website. z o. o.:

  1. Personal Data - means personal data constituting a set of information about a natural person that allows him to be identified;
  2. Contact Form - means a form in which Website Users enter the necessary data in order to receive information about the subject of activity and services provided by the Operator;
  3. Operator – means GH Development 8 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, at Al. Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warszawa, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 0000753271th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 38, REGON: 5252789343, NIP: XNUMX;
  4. Policy – ​​means the Privacy Policy of the GH Development 8 Sp. website. z o. o.;
  5. Statute -  means the Regulations of operation of the website of GH Development 8 Sp. z o. o., which specifies the rights and obligations of the Operator and the rights and obligations of the Website Users;
  6. Website – means the website operating at the Internet address www.livinpraga.pl;
  7. User – means any natural person visiting the Website and using its resources via the Internet.

  1. The Policy is a document that concerns the protection and processing of Users' Personal Data. The policy defines the principles of caring for Users' privacy based on:
    o the following legal provisions:
    1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as "GDPR";
    2. Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781);
    3. Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344);
    4. Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law (i.e. of 2024, item 34).
  2. The Website is used via a secure connection. Information transmitted and received by the Website is private.

Browsing the Website's resources by the User

Storing queries directed to the server where the Website is available does not require the processing of Personal Data, because the data is not associated with specific Users browsing the Website. The resources viewed by the User are identified by URL addresses and concern:

    1. public IP address of the end device from which the query came;
    2. name of the User's station - identification carried out via the http protocol, if possible;
    3. User name (provided during the authorization process);
    4. request arrival time;
    5. first line of http request;
    6. http response code;
    7. the number of data sent by the server;
    8. URL address of the page previously visited by the User (so-called referer link) - if the Website was accessed via an external link;
    9. information about the User's browser;
    10. information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the http transaction.

Cookies Policy

  1. The website uses the "cookies" technique. A cookie (also referred to as a "cookie") is a small file with information saved by the Website on the User's end device in connection with the User's use of the Website.
  2. The use of "cookies" techniques does not allow for downloading any Personal Data and address of the User, or any confidential information from his computer. The "cookies" technique allows only to define the profile of information that the User is interested in. In this way, the collected data make it possible to study the aggregated traffic of Users within the Website and for statistical purposes, including the use of Google Analytics tools.
  3. The purpose of using the "cookies" technique is to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, to collect anonymous statistics to help determine how the content posted on the Website is used, and to present Users with information and advertisements tailored to their preferences.

Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warszawa, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 0000785728th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 383330887, REGON: 5252789343, NIP: XNUMX
  2. Requests, declarations regarding personal data  should be sent in writing to the address of the Operator's registered office,  by e-mail to:  rodo@ghdevelopment.pl.
  3. The User's personal data are processed for the purpose of:
    1. sale and rent of real estate based on the condition of performance of the contract - basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR;
    2. implementation of the legally justified interests of the Company as an administrator - basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, which should be understood as responding to a message sent via the contact form on the Website,  
    3. sending commercial information regarding the Operator's offer after  the User's consent  – basis of art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR.

Providing data is necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above. Failure to provide data may result in the inability to achieve the purposes referred to above.

  1. Personal data of Website Users are processed for the period:
    1. necessary for the performance of the contract and for the time necessary for the limitation of any claims related to the performance of the contract;
    2. in the case of sending a message sent via the contact form, for the period necessary to respond to the message sent via the contact form;
    3. in the case of consent to the sending of commercial information until the consent to processing is withdrawn.
  1. In connection with the processing of his Personal Data provided in the contact form, the Website User has the right to access data, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing, the right to object to data processing and the right to request data transfer.
  2. To the extent that the processing of Personal Data is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent to processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  1. The Website User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  2. Personal Data may be made available by the Operator  GH Development Sp. z o. o.,  Groep Huyzentruyt NV and third parties providing services to the Operator  marketing and advisory services, sales intermediation, legal services and IT service.
  3. In addition, Personal Data of Website Users may be made available in accordance with applicable law at the request of law enforcement authorities, other public administration bodies, the Police and other services. Providing personal data does not require the consent of the Website User.

Miscellaneous

  1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy in order to ensure its validity and compliance with applicable law. A change to the Policy may also result from changes in technology, methods, purposes or legal basis for the processing of Users' personal data.
